Also, exploring conflicting values of policy in history and the current situation will allow students recognize values and beliefs can change over time and be different in the context, while certain values and beliefs have been valid over time. 1. Write a 3-page paper on social welfare policies and/or programs regarding a social justice issue of your interest.
2. Please include at least 2 references: one peer reviewed journal paper and one other sources, such as a government report or news articles, and the book for class (chapter 2 and 8)Instruction:
