The Capstone proposal should incoporate a title page, and a references pages for a minimum of four pages. Please include the following in your paper: overview and description of your topic, the background and rationale, objective of the project, the method, and the elements of your capstone. Make sure to write in APA format, and include at least two references.

Minimum 10 peer reviewed articles/scholarly studies within the last 5 years
APA format (including cover page and reference page) See sample provides. Make sure to incorporate at least one article per objectives listed on the syllabus (see below). Also include articles encompassing the following:
* Data that shows this is a current issue
* Measures currently used to improve the issue
* Outcome data related to the measures
* Advantages and disadvantages of the measures
