“Revenge porn” involves folks posting to social media and/or supplying to sex sites, pics or digital video files of that person’s ex-boyfriend/girlfriend/hubby/wife, etc., nude or engaged in sexual activity. Such is typically done after a breakup…or a “never-was” but the activity was recorded with that person’s consent. The posting/publication, however, is not with their consent. Of course, what is legal “consent” here?
